and this is my opinion based on my experience.Beside maybe you don't know (because you didn't do your research lol?) that beams won't overheat your ship if you use thermal vent and you won't overheat using Burst either with the 'big three'. Sorry but I don't need to watch (probably outdated?) videos when I have tested all the weapons myself ehh. Try rapid fire on pulses and watch the shields melt away ) ever watched the tests of these weapons on youtube, you should try more research before you advice anyone on weapons! Pulses are the superior choice for low heat and steady trustworthy dmgīeam are the worst whe it comes to overheating. Whats this bs about pulses being a wasted slot? pulses are the most efficient weapons when it comes to heat/dmg.
